She was predeceased by: her parents, Tracy Dowd and Mabel Dowd (Steurer). She is survived by: her children, Patsy Millermon of Raymond, IA and Eugene Deutsch Jr. of Fort Worth, TX.. She is also survived by her six grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren.
