She was predeceased by: her parents, E. Wayne Bird and Lillie Bird (Tyson); her sons, Kenneth Dale and Bryce Edward; her grandchildren, Nicole Jipsen and Jared Jipsen; her siblings, Dannie, Bryce Bird and Connie Severn; and her brothers-in-law, Dan Severn and Gary Moyer.
She is survived by: her children, Gary Jipsen (Darnett) of Red Oak, IA and Jody Parris (David) of Emerson, IA; her grandchildren, Kelli Jipsen, Jenna Gravett (Shannon), James Jipsen (Jessica), Macayla Pribnow (Curtis), Dalton Jipsen (Paige), Tera Lang (Mackenzy), Jake Avery (Sierra), Chrys McKinley (Kevin), Jeremy Dilocker, Mallory Sampson (Sean) and Dalton Dukes; her great grandchildren, Mykinzie, Max, Sylas, Taylor, Hunter, Sawyer, Brooklyn, Onyx, Rawlings, Royce, Anson, Waylon, Ivy, Olyvia, Isaak, Sophia, Liam, Monixx, Lenoxx, Beckham, Envy, Peyton, Josie, Maci, Dalton Jr. and Colton; and her sisters, Janice Penry (Tom) of Red Oak, IA, Lana Moyer of Red Oak, IA and Pam Wagner (Marvin) of Mankato, KS. She is also survived by nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Sellergren-Lindell-DeMarce Funeral Home (509 N 6th St, Red Oak, IA 51566). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 at the Belknap Cemetery.
