She was predeceased by: her parents, John H. Damewood and Edna E. Damewood (McFarland); her husband Rip Cleland; her siblings, Elnora Josephson, Sharlene Burg, Opal Pierce, Dorothy Bruce, Duane Damewood, John Damewood, Ronnie Clark and Donnie Clark; and her son-in-law Steve Roberts.

She is survived by: her children, Steve Cleland (Bev) of Red Oak, IA, Deborah Myers (Harry) of Shenandoah, IA and Kathy O'Connell (Brian) of Smithland, IA; and her brother Jack Clark (Shirley) of Amarillo, TX. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 37 great-grandchildren, 10 great-great-grandchildren.
