He is survived by: his close friend Denise Svoboda of Red Oak, IA; his children, Shannon Handley of Stanton, IA, Shae Shrum (Jennifer Rains) of Stanton, IA, Todd Svoboda Fisher (Travis Fisher) of Bellevue, NE, Adam Svoboda of Red Oak, IA, Tiffany Svoboda of Elliott, IA and Tasha Svoboda of Elliott, IA; his grandchildren, Drew, Connor and Sadie Handley; his children, Heavyn Aherns, Nyvaeh and Rylan Shrum; his sister Pam Miller; and his sister-in-law Linda Askey of Red Oak, IA. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
