He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Raymond and Gayle Smith (Dixon); and his nephews, Chad Harold and Terry Stormer. He is survived by: his wife Judy Smith; his son Ryan Smith (Amanda Baldwin-Smith); his grandchildren, Zander Neal, Chloe Yates (BJ) and Carli Smith; his great grandchildren, Amaya and Aria Yates; and his siblings-in-law, Keith Harold (Paula), Rex Harold and Barbara Stormer (Gunter). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews; and other relatives and friends.
Memorials Are suggested to the Salem Cemetery Association or the FFA Alumni Association for scholarships.
