She was predeceased by : her parents, Lawrence J. Westlake and Grace E. Westlake (Cochrane); her husband Tony; her daughter Marsha Jean Patrick; and her siblings, Norval "Ike", Jack, Jerry, Lowell, Max Westlake, June Thompson, Cheryl Simmons, Phyllis Sink and Ronna Eads.

She is survived by : her son Dale R. Patrick (Teri) of Des Moines, IA; her grandchildren, Colin Patrick and Kyle Erickson; her brother Ruielle "Pat" Westlake (Mary) of Nevada, MO; and her close friend Harold Spencer of Red Oak, IA. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Everystep Kavanaugh Hospice House, Des Moines or the Montgomery County Memorial Hospital, Red Oak.
