She was predeceased by : her parents, Edward J. Dirks and Katherina Dirks (Teenie); her siblings, John E. Dirks and Wanda Lane; her siblings-in-law, Sylvester "Sunny" Volkmer, Bruce Huber and Lois Volkmer; and her grandson Shawn O'Rourke.
She is survived by : her husband Leon A. Volkmer; her children, Dirk (Queenie Volkmer) and Sherry O'Rourke-Page; her siblings-in-law, Joan Huber, Alberta "Bert" Webber (Dick) and Adrian "Steve" Volkmer (Lee); her grandchild Elric Page (Angela); and her great grandchildren, Matthew O'Rourke and Michael Page.
