She is survived by: her husband John William "Bill" Wright; her son Todd; her sister Marlene (Marlin Sell); her son Brad Wright (Becky) of Red Oak, Iowa; her daughter-in-law Susan Wright of Florida; her grandchildren, Corie DeVries (Gordon), Amy Beggs (Tim), Amanda Fisher (Caleb), Brooklyn Lehman (Luke), Breanna Jarboe (Jacob) and Katie Wright; and her sister Karen Smith (Eldon) of Glenwood, Iowa. She is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Peterson Mortuary, Inc. (212 S Locust St, Glenwood, IA 51534). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location.
