He is survived by: his children, James Richard "Dick" Cisar, Jr. of Atlantic, IA and Shelley Shuffler (Fred Welch) of Red Oak, IA; his girlfriend Janis Bowden of Red Oak, IA; his grandchildren, David (Becky), Melissa, Michelle, Scott, Jessica (Bill), Tanner (Brook), John James (Sarah), Christina, Neissa and Cierra; and his brothers-in-law, Carroll Meek (Dorothy), Francis Campbell and Jerry Lukehart. He is also survived by 27 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great-grandchildren.
