He was predeceased by : his father Richard Mullenix; and his brother Tom. He is survived by : his mother Faye Mullenix (Townsend) of Red Oak, IA; and his brothers, Robert Mullenix (Liz) of Oxford, OH, William Mullenix (Dee) of Red Oak, IA and Kyle Mullenix (Tami) of Sergeant Bluff, IA. He is also survived by nieces, nephew, other relatives and friends.
