She is survived by: her husband Todd Bruce of Red Oak; her children, Eliot Douthit of Council Bluffs, IA and Lydia Douthit (Trisha Walker) of Council Bluffs, IA; her grandchildren, Gabbie Schneider, Monroe Ward, McKinzye May and Leelan May; her father Levi (Franks); her siblings, Randy "Maynard" Franks (Mary Jane) of Red Oak and Christy Cruth (Shane) of Cullowhee, NC; her parents-in-law, Allen and Elaine Bruce of Stanton, IA; and her brothers-in-law, Scott Bruce (Danelle) of Red Oak and Ryan Bruce of Omaha, NE. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the First Christian Church (1909 E Summit St, Red Oak, IA 51566).
