It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lisa Myers of Red Oak, Iowa, born in Eaton, Indiana, who passed away on April 21, 2025, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. As Lisa departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Lisa. Though Lisa may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her mother Marcia Haffner (Kiblinger); and her aunt Carol Kiblinger. She is survived by: her father Bobby G. Haffner of Alabama; her son Andrew Green of Alabama; her siblings, Jack Haffner of Alabama, Diane Feezor (Don) of Spencer, IA, Donna Berg (Bruce) of Peterson, IA and Kim Cowen (Tracy) of Red Oak, IA; her daughters, Ashely Gooding of Indiana and LeAnna Garrett of Indiana; and her pets, Baby, Angel and Spook. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, June 8th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Chautauqua Park Pavilion (908 E Summit St, Red Oak, IA 51566).
