He is survived by : his mother Susan Jenkins (Cary); his daughter Ashley Valentine; the mother of his child Toni; his daughters, Chloey Adams-Ritzman and Olivia Jenkins; the mother of his children Lisa Adams Jenkins; his sisters, Lori Bullivant (Joe), Lisa Jenkins and Marla Jenkins (Mike Wallace); and his nieces, Madeline and Elena Bullivant.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the family.
