He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Blackburn and Ruby Blackburn (Selders); his wife Mary; his daughter Diane Briggs; and his great grandchild Madison.
He is survived by: his children, Terry Blackburn (Karen) of Lincoln, NE, Rick Blackburn of Red Oak, IA and Cheryl Marsden (Scott) of Papillion, NE; his son-in-law Ted Briggs of Red Oak, IA; his grandchildren, Keith Blackburn, Kerry Deters (Adam), Daniel Marsden (Morgan), Emily Marsden, Kyle Marsden and Jessica Briggs; and his brother-in-law Donald Woodin of Essex, IA. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
