He is survived by: his wife Beverly White (Petersen); and his children, Shelle Benedict (Terry), Kristina Hearn (John Page), Douglas White (Cammy), James Countryman (Stacy) and Todd Countryman (Rhonda). He is also survived by nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
