She is survived by: her parents, Lonnie Gaumer (Cathy) of Boone and Linda Gaumer (Lease) of Boone; her sons, Weston Dean of Lubbock, TX and Keir Wilson; her siblings, Jessie Gaumer of Boone and Joe Gaumer of Madison, WI; and her grandmother Hazel Lease of Grinnell.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the First United Methodist Church in Boone, or to the Animal Rescue League in Des Moines.
