He is survived by: his children, Rex Tomkins Jr. (Hope), Angie Church (Jeff) and Scott Tomkins (Shelly); his siblings, Laura Anderson, Mike Tomkins, Tom Tomkins and Mary Kay McClellan; Terri Zahnd. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
