He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Leff and Evelyn Leff (Conrad); his brothers, Donald, Harvey, Norman and Arnold; and his brothers-in-law, Gene Larson, Virgil Thein, Dale Fox and Bill Dailey.
He is survived by: his siblings, Phyllis Larson of Chester, IA, Marion Fox of Fredericksburg, IA, Sandy Dailey of Oelwein, IA, Dallas Leff (Evie) of Riceville, IA and Carol Reisner (Mike) of Fredericksburg, IA; and his sister-in-law Maxine Leff of Lime Springs. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 12:30 PM at the Hindt-Hudek Funeral Home (407 Woodland Ave, Riceville, IA 50466). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
