He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Lovelace and Noretta Lovelace (Healey); his siblings, Craig and Linda; and his son Brian "BJ" Flugge.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Lovelace of Riceville, IA; his children, Randy Flugge (Susan) of Martinez, CA, Ryan Flugge and Jody Maddock (Tim) of Livingston, TX; his grandchildren, James Parsons of Honolulu, HI and Heather Laub (Matthew) of Beaufort, SC; his siblings, Louis Lovelace (Sandy), Tom Lovelace (Debbie), Dave Lovelace (Charlene) and Pat Brower (Mike); and his sister-in-law Cindy Lovelace. He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
