She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Marilyn Millard and Ted Johnson; and her great-uncle LaVere Derry. She is survived by: her parents, Penny Scott (Millard) and Bradley Caruso (Kelley) of Ocala, Florida; her husband Steve of Rippey; her sister Kara Bittner (Keith) of Adel; her nieces and nephews, Caspian of Adel, Raddex of Adel and Lydia of Adel; and her grandparents, George Millard of Rippey, Janet Scott of Des Moines and Connie Johnson (Paul Levesque) of Nauvoo, Illinois. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives, and many dear friends.
