She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred J. Severa and Bessie Severa (Mekota); her husband Fred J. Luckey; her son Kenneth Luckey; her daughter-in-law Anne Luckey; and her sisters, Esther Scurlock, Georgia Norris and Adela Anderson.
She is survived by: her sons, Philip Luckey (Mary) of Bossier City, Louisiana and Bryan Luckey (Carol) of Hannibal, Missouri; and her sister Carol Hill. She is also survived by four grandchildren; six great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials have been established for the First Baptist Church of Washington or the American Cancer Society c/o Jones & Eden Funeral Home, Washington, Iowa.
