He was predeceased by: his father Leland "Bud" Yoder; his stepfather Mel Gould; and his in-laws, Clayton and Jeannette Sexton. He is survived by: his mother Lila Yoder (Schrock) of Cedar Rapids; his wife Rita Sexton of Riverside; his daughters, Amanda Adrian (Jason) of Cedar Rapids, Sheena Yoder of Riverside and Kelsey Yoder of Washington; his grandchildren, Ryan, Stanley, Lorna, Johnathan of Brayden, C. J. and Logan; his great grandchild Jackson; and his brothers, Randy Yoder of Iowa City and Larry Yoder of Cedar Rapids.
A memorial fund will be established for the Highland High School softball program.
