She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Klein and Eugenia Klein (Mougin); her husband Donald "Dutch" Latta; her son Jeff Latta; her siblings, Carolyn Moreland (John), Clayton Klein (Katherine), Cletus Klein (Marcella), Dorothy "Dozy" Seemuth, Frank Klein Jr. (Beverly) and Victoria McNeil; her siblings-in-law, John Moreland, Duane Latta, Ronald "Claude" Latta, Marcella Klein, Beverly Klein, Katherine "Kitty" Klein and Delores Latta; and her nephews, Tom Moreland, Gary Klein, Joseph Klein, Mike Latta, Frank Moreland, Keith Klein and Conan Doyle.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jennie Brantman, Jill Gerot (Dan), Ellen Finnegan (Jim) and Kerry Campbell; her grandchildren, Adam Brantman (Karley), Jake Gerot, Jessi Kuhn (Taylor), Jeffrey Campbell (Ellie), Katelyn Campbell (Kendon Hanson), Julian Finnegan and Lauren Finnegan; her great grandchildren, June, Ruby, Dutch Brantman, Cameron, James Campbell and Sawyer Kuhn; and her sister Jane Doyle of Davenport. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Riverside V.F.W. Auxiliary or the St. Mary's Catholic Church in memory of Phyllis.
