He was predeceased by: his parents, Dean Cole and Alice Cole (Sedlacek); his siblings, Ron Cole and Kathy Dalton; his sister-in-law Shari Cole; and his father-in-law Bill Schlapkohl.
He is survived by: his wife Chris; his children, Stacey Cole (Mayko Caudel) of DeKalb, IL and Jeremy Cole (Carrie) of Riverside, IA; his grandchildren, Cole Girardot, Lynde Cole, Stetson Cole, Giselle Caudel and Logan Caudel; his siblings, Jolene Colthurst (Andy), Roger Cole (Laurie), Robert Cole (Kim), Rick Cole (Julie) and Mary Ellen Yedlik (Joel); his brother-in-law Dave Dalton; and his mother-in-law Virginia Schlapkohl.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the St. Mary's Catholic Church - Riverside (360 Washburn St, Riverside, IA 52327). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Randy Cole Memorial Fund.
