Kay leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Kay’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Kay will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Millard Knapp and Mathilda Knapp (Meyer); her husband Leonard West; and her siblings, Merrill Knapp (Nancy) and LaVerle Dake (Darrell).
She is survived by: her children, Shelley Sardzinski (Joel), Mark West and Cameron West; her grandchildren, Josh West, Alexis West Technik (Joe), Dr. Logan Sardzinski and Dr. Brittany Sardzinski Mortensen (Kyle); and her siblings, Larry Knapp (Carol) and Pat Maxson (Larry). She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
