She was predeceased by : her siblings, Linda McCullough and William Vaughn. She is survived by : her children, Shelly Fasnacht (Eric) of Robins, Shanan Jerome of Northbrook, IL, Stefani Malott (Chris) of Marana, AZ and Robert II Bisek (Jennifer) of Salem, OR; her grandchildren, Alicia Schammel (Jordan), Evan, Lauren Fasnacht, Xavier, Tiberius Malott and Arie Bisek; her great grandchild Conrad Schammel; her siblings, Vernetta Weese (Loren), Maynard Jr. Vaughn (Debbie), Michael Vaughn (JoAnn), Kem Vaughn (Ann), Kathryn Webb (Chuck) and Rosa Vaughn; her daughter-in-law Crystelle Vaughn; and her husband Robert Jerome.

Memorials may be directed to the Ronald McDonald House in Victoria's name.
