William Kinney Obituary
With sadness, we share the passing of William Kinney of Robins, Iowa. William, born on July 2, 1947, passed away on July 25, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph P. Kinney and Mary M. Kinney; and his brother John P. Kinney. He is survived by: his wife Merrianne Kinney; his sister Anne M. Kinney; his children, Brian C. Kinney, Molly K. Schug and Megan E. Kinney; his stepchildren, Kristin Weih (Doug) and Jeffrey Schuster (Lorie); and his stepgrandchildren, Anna Hiserote (Sam) and Matthew L. Weih. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be directed to the Family Caregivers Center of Mercy, Xavier Catholic Schools Foundation, or the Iowa DNR. Or, in lieu of a donation, go fishing, because as Bill would say "There's no bad day on the water.".
