It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Dennis Altman of Rock Rapids, Iowa, born in Sibley, Iowa, who passed away on December 11, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, John Altman and Tena Altman (Vogt). He is survived by : his wife Diane Kreun; his children, Dori (Jeff Vander Woude) and Dayna Altman (Koedam) of Rock Rapids, IA.; his grandchildren, Derek, Haley VanderWoude, Karsyn, Cooper and Connor Altman; his brother Jack; his nephew Todd Altman; and his niece Tami Frischmeyer.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials directed to the Midwest Honor Flight.
