He is survived by: his wife Leora Van Middendorp of Rock Rapids, IA; his children, Loren Van Middendorp (Sandi) of Manhatten, MT, Arlo Van Middendorp (Kristin) of Alvord, IA, Loann Aardema (Dave) of Rock Valley, IA and Carmen Van Middendorp of Sioux Falls, SD; his grandchildren, Zane, Keeley, Kyle Van Middendorp, Jordan Abraham, Cody Davelaar, Tanner, Tyler, Trevor Van Middendorp, Neal, Ben Aardema and Hannah Warntjes; his siblings, Harriet Postma (Ken), Janice Post (Arnie), Vern Van Middendorp (Evonne) and Ed Van Middendorp; and his siblings-in-law, Marlene Broek, Cheryl Frost, Joyce Williams, Lea Ann Bonnema and Gervin Bonnema (Helen). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other extended family.
In Lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to the Van Middendorp family for later designation.
