He was predeceased by: his parents, John Reck and Grace Reck (Lupkes); his siblings, Jake, Bill, Ed, Ralph and Tillie Hindt; his parents-in-law, Ralph and Geneva Weerheim; and his sister-in-law Bev Sneller.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Weerheim (Weerheim); his children, Kris Andera (Blain) of Spirit Lake, IA and Tim Reck (Kristen) of Sioux Falls, SD; his grandchildren, Miranda Wahl (Mike), Cullen Andera (Mari), Gabrielle Reck, Emma Reck, Casey Garza and Jay Garza; his great grandchildren, Makenzie Wahl, Maxton Wahl, Henley Andera and Layton Andera; his sister Lucille Bosch (Art); his siblings-in-law, Evan Sneller, Bob Weerheim (Cheryl), Ronda Arends (Steve) and Pat Weerheim; Ed Garza (Sharon) of Grafton, WI. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to the family for later designation to: Atlas of Lyon County, Midwest Honor Flight and the Christian Reformed Church.
