He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Plueger and Madonna Plueger (Ripperda); and his brother Dale Plueger. He is survived by: his wife Sue; his children, Jason Plueger of Rock Valley and Jamie Plueger of Rock Valley; his grandchildren, Kya, Annor, Emma, Jada and Bailey; his siblings, Suzanne Schemmel (Galen) of Alvord, David Plueger of Canton, Duane Plueger (Kathy) of Marion, Sandra Rens (Harlan) of Sioux Falls, Darrell Plueger (Madona) of Goodyear and Daniel Plueger (Monica) of Sioux Falls; and his sister-in-law Bev Plueger of Rock Valley. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the Porter Funeral Home - Rock Valley (1704 15th St, Rock Valley, IA 51247). A prayer will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A Mass will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Mary's Catholic Church of Rock Valley (1821 14th St, Rock Valley, IA 51247).
