He was predeceased by: his parents, Orlwin "Pike" Trevett and Wilma Trevett (Evans); and his siblings, Gloria Trevett, Mike Trevett and Carol Andersen.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Trevett (Frank); and his stepsons, Bob Havig (Katie), Scott Havig and Mike Olsen. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
