He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Parcher and Carol Parcher (Woelfer). He is survived by: his wife Kathy Mullen; his children, Ryan Parcher (Diane), Michelle Steenblock (John) and Amber Turner (Patrick); his stepchildren, Mike Kasper (Anne), Kenneth Mullen and Jenifer Olson; and his siblings, Morris (Leona), Dick (Cheryl) and Jill Schlueter (Gene). He is also survived by many grandchildren, step-grandchildren; and numerous great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the First United Methodist Church (21 3rd St NW, Rockford, IA 50468). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
