She is survived by: her children, Scott Cook (Mai Elizabeth) of Channahon, IL, Roxanne Shook (Richard) of Rockford, Tony Cook (Amy) of Eden Prairie, MN and Jon Cook (Denise Eldridge White) of Rockford; her grandchildren, Samantha Cooper (Nicholas), Joseph Koschalk, Shelby Varhanik (John), Kelsey Bayim (Sam), Cale Shook, Danny Shook (Linnea), Quinnton Cook (Georgiana Morgan-Rush), Cortni Kammrad (Tjaden) and Caylee Cook (Alex Wilkening); her great grandchildren, Lydia, Draco, Charles, Elizabeth, Olive, Milly, Quincy, Lorraine, Aksel and Freya; her brother Royal Ballhagen of Marshalltown; and her sisters-in-law, Donna Markle and Becki Cook. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
