He is survived by: his daughter Holly Marie (Brian); his wife Jeanne Baxter; his son Tim Baxter (Alicia) of Cresco, IA; his grandchildren, Keelee, Parker, Rowen, Elliot and Quinn of Rockwell, IA; his son Cody Baxter (Josie); his grandchildren, Berick, Henri and Warren of Dougherty, IA; his daughter Jasmine Rasmus of Belmond, IA; his grandchild Dekota Rasmus (Lucretia); his great grandchildren, Jaden, Bryson, Braden and Axel of Belmond, IA; his son Adam Millang; his grandchildren, Hadley, Beckett, Harper and Keaton of Prairie City, IA; his children, Jesse (Kelsey), Knox, Jax and Molly of Alexander, IA.; his sister Carol Baxter of Sheffield, IA; and also, Kenzii Rasmus of Wanamingo, MN and Mary Lauffer (Mike) of Chapen, IA..

Visitation will be held on Friday, May 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the First United Methodist Church.
