He is survived by: his wife Judy Jackson; his children, Lori Ayers, Carol Clagett (David) and Ryan Crooks; his grandchildren, Arren Overland, Kaitlyn Philp (Abby), Rachel Clagett, Michael Clagett, Ava Crooks and Nicholas Crooks; and his siblings, Jim Crooks, Sandy Williams (Cliff), Michael Crooks (Judee), Raymond Crooks, Lois and Sue Crooks.
