With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Margaret Alwilda McMonagle (Rockwell, Iowa), who passed away on July 7, 2025 at the age of 106. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Martin M. Treston; her husband Cecil Joseph McMonagle (Cec); her mother Lu Treston (Lu); her brother Martin D. (Denny); her sister-in-law Phyllis Treston; and her sibling's children, Mary Denice Treston, Odette Woodward, Karen Hansen and Russell Hansen.
She is survived by: her sibling's children, Sherry Treston (Carolyn Stanek) of Hinsdale Illinois, Shirley Severson (Vance) of Waterloo, Sheila Boyle (Jay) of Shelton and Dr. Ronald Hanson (Kay) of Carmel, California.; and her family, Barb, Dave Hasfjord, Sally Harris, Lois Evans and Marsha Wedmore.
Memorials in her name may be made to the Rockwell Community Nursing Home, Rockwell, Iowa.
