She is survived by: her aunt Hazel Cleveland; her uncle Jim Cleveland; her children, Greg Forney Spirit (Julie) and Teresa (Terry); and her grandchildren, Brian Forney (Olivia), Nicholas Forney (Kimberlee), Kelly Keehn (Brandi), Alex Keehn (Beth), Nathan Forney (Jodi), Logan Keehn and Audra Bertram (Austin). She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
