He was predeceased by: his father Raymond Milligan; his grandmother Marie Mills; and his pet Bair. He is survived by: his mother Gloria "Sherrie" Jamieson (Don) of College Station, TX; his wife Phyllis Hogge of Rolfe; his sons, Ray (Mindy) of Manilla, Chris (Lisa) of Pomeroy and Randall (Heather) of Rolfe; his grandchildren, Lily, Lexi, Teagen, Colden, Lena, Alana, William and Donaven; and his sister Ann Wightman (Tony) of Washington, TX. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Rolfe Golf Club (36 Grant St, Rolfe, IA 50581). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
