He is survived by: his wife Jennifer DeLong of Rolfe; his children, Mady Blair (Austin) of Lake City, Levi Gardewine (Cady) of Gilmore City, Ben Gardewine of Rolfe, Emily Gardewine of Rembrandt and Avery Gardewine of Rolfe; his grandchildren, Bo, Chet, Georgia, Tucker and Ruby; his sisters, Melody Jarrard of Pocahontas, Melissa Gardewine of Pocahontas and Melinda Altman (Scott) of Sheboygan Falls, WI; his mother-in-law Joanne DeLong of Waukee; and his brother-in-law Jeffrey DeLong of Waukee. He is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
