He was predeceased by: his parents, Arvene E. Garber and Mary F. Noe Garber. He is survived by: his nephews, Douglas Smith and Rusty Thomas; his wife Dianne Garber; his sons, Travis Garber (Teresa Hutchinson) of Nashville, TN, Troy Garber (Dee) of Fremont and Tristan Garber (Stacie) of Nashville, TN; his sister Nancy Thomas (Ryan Bunting); his brother-in-law Leroy Smith; and his friend Larry. He is also survived by five grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.
