He was predeceased by: his parents, John Clark and Emma Clark (Toth); his siblings-in-law, Karen Clark, Mary Lou Clark and Darrel Rathjen; and his nephew Jason.
He is survived by: his wife Joanne Thomsen; his children, Jolene Adams (Mike) of Delmar, Debbie Clark (Steve) of DeWitt, Bill Clark (Ange) of Grand Mound and Tony Clark (Alicia) of Ankeny; his grandchildren, Scott Adams (Emma), Steven Adams (Nicole), Jacob Kagemann (Katie), Justine Schroeder (Drew), Jason Block, Kailey, Megan and Rachel Clark; his great grandchildren, Owen, Johnny, Mathias, Cal, Benny and Isaac; his brothers, Steve (Cheryl) and Gary; and his sisters-in-law, Carole Rathjen and Nancy Henningsen (Alan). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:15 AM at the St. John's Lutheran Church (2098 190th St, Grand Mound, IA 52751). A burial will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers or other expressions of sympathy, memorials are suggested to the local volunteer fire departments or St. John's Lutheran Church.
