He is survived by: his children, Becki Morris (TJ) of Waterloo, IA, David Lowe of Waterloo, IA, Misty Lowe of Sac City, IA and Shawn Lowe (Kim) of Sac City, IA; his daughter-in-law Joleen Lowe of Waverly, IA; his grandchildren, Tabitha, Timmy, Teairra, Kailyn, Kelsey, Kyler, Kristopher, Lexie, Jaedyn (Tony), Jordyn (Austin), Caralynn, Robin, Ethan and Tatum; and his siblings, Claudia "Sissy" Frazier of Boone, IA, Georgia Vincent (Jim) of Murfreesboro, TN, Sherry Purcell, Michelle Lowe of Humboldt, IA and Tom Lowe (Lisa) of Fort Dodge, IA. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other extended family.
