He is survived by : his children, Molly Jorgenson (Ron) of Storm Lake, IA, Erin McCullough (Rich Eberle) of Lake View, Iowa, Lisa Toscano (André) of Manhattan Beach, CA and Peter McCullough of Jefferson, IA.; his grandchild Cathlin McCullough; his great grandchildren, Henry and Cleo Perakos of Austin, TX; his granddaughter Megan McCullough; his great grandchild Jack McCloskey of Park Ridge, IL; his grandson Patrick McCullough (Kristen Connolly McCullough); his great grandchildren, Ashlyn and Cameron McCullough of Rockville, MD; and his grandchildren, Erin McCullough of St. Louis, MO and Anne McCullough.
