He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Koster and Shirley Koster (Mouw); his brothers, Jeff and Steven; and his uncle Bill.
He is survived by: his spouse Jean Heimer; and his sons, Jackson and Garrett.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the Wounded Warrior Project, Sons of the American Legion, or St. Jude.
