She was predeceased by: her mother Janice Hartzog (Banks); and her husband Ricky Lee Schulz. She is survived by: her children, Mandy B. Strickland (Todd VanFossen) and Dakota James K. Schulz of Osage, IA; her granddaughter Jerzy of Ohio; her father Walley Devon Hartzog of North Carolina; and her siblings, Casondra, Tina and Devon. She is also survived by four nephews, one niece, 12 great-nephews, 11 great nieces, nine cousins and one great uncle.
In Lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family or sent to the V.F.W on Friday morning any time after 8:00 a.m.
