She was predeceased by: her parents, Lena Schwiesow (Vinke) and Walter Schwiesow; her husband Laverne Daeges; and her son Nick Daeges. She is survived by: her children, Steve Daeges (Sue) of Council Bluffs, IA, Joe Daeges (Joy) of Irwin, IA, Ron Daeges of Harlan, IA, Becky Miller (Randy) of Portsmouth, IA and Bill Daeges of Omaha, NE; her brother Vic Schwiesow (Donna) of Manning, IA; and her sister-in-law Marita Theulen of Defiance, IA. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren.
