He is survived by: his parents, Larry Fisher of Clemons, IA and Shelly Fisher (King) of Swan, IA; his girlfriend Rebecca; his stepson Darian Gimzo; his grandfather Dr. Jerald King; his cousin Laura Hagler; and his uncle Shawn King. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
