He is survived by: his daughters, Tina Lyn (Jason Hoffman) and Amy Elizabeth (John Butler); his wife Debby Johnston of St. Charles; his grandchildren, Noah Hoffman (Marina) of Des Moines, Jonah Hoffman, Adleigh and Ellason Butler of Highlands Ranch, Colorado; his sister Sharry (Denny Hanna) of St. Charles; and his siblings-in-law, Cindy, Reid Spencer of Gladstone and Marcia Gotschall of Gladstone, Missouri. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
