He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Gross and Betty Gross (Graham); his son Nathan; his daughter-in-law Kimberly Gross; and his pets, Gomer and Brody.
He is survived by: his wife Glenda Gross; his daughter Jennifer Jackson (Jesse Kluesner) of Des Moines; his grandchildren, Katelynn Douglass (Mark), Cortney Spray (Joe), Derek Gross, Brayden Wright and Ashleigh Wright; his great grandchildren, Kalani Wright and Emersyn Spray; his brothers, Dennis Gross (Lori) of Creston and Rick Gross (Gina) of Villages, FL; and his siblings-in-law, Gloria Parsons, George Parsons (Sarah) of Redwood City, CA and Jason Parsons (Renee) of Urbandale. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, other extended family.
